Hi, I am Julie Caldeira!
I’ve loved design for as long as I can remember. Growing up in a small town, I spent my childhood rearranging my room and sketching floor plans on my school notes. I have my dad to thank for that—he’s a Construction Framer with his own business, and I soaked up everything I could while tagging along to job sites.
Determined to turn my passion into a career, I earned a degree in Interior Design from Texas State University in 2014 and jumped straight into the field.
What sets me apart? I don’t just design short-term rentals—I own and operate them too. With 10+ years of design experience and being a Super Host to over 60+ properties, I know exactly what drives bookings and creates memorable stays.
