Currently, we only offer in person design services in two markets: Pittsburgh, PA and Crystal Beach, TX. Additional fees will apply. 

No problem! We can create a design style that aligns with the specific market you’re targeting. Our comprehensive questionnaire will guide you through the process. By filling it out, we can refine our options and identify the most suitable and lucrative design for your short-term rental (STR)!

Your level of involvement in the design process is flexible. I’ll present a design to you, and you can decide how much input you’d like to provide. You have one round of revisions at no additional cost. If more revisions are required, there will be an hourly fee applied.

Typically once we receive a contract, we can have a design to you within a week. Once approved, you or I can order the furniture. For furniture consolidation, typically it is a two week turn around but is dependent upon the market.

Budgets can vary between $10,000 and $50,000, contingent on factors such as property size and the desired level of detail for your STR. In our consultation, we’ll delve into your property and your preferences to establish an appropriate budget.

I am uniquely positioned to help you maximize your STR’s profit. That’s because not only I have 10+ years of experience as a designer, I also own several short-term rentals myself! After hosting nearly 1000 different reservations, I know what guests look for when booking, and most importantly what they enjoy while staying in a short-term rental.
